L&T Technology Services (LTTS), a global leader in engineering and technology services, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Intelliswift, a company based in Silicon Valley. This move aims to expand LTTS's footprint among big tech companies and hyperscalers, enhancing its capabilities in software product development, platform engineering, and AI.

Intelliswift, known for serving four of the top five hyperscalers and 25 Fortune 500 companies, will bolster LTTS's presence in the digital engineering sector. The acquisition will enable LTTS to tap into adjacent markets such as retail and fintech, while expanding its private equity channels.

Supported by Intelliswift's AI-led automation framework, the acquisition will provide end-to-end automation solutions. LTTS's CEO, Amit Chadha, welcomes the Intelliswift team, stressing the importance of collaboration in achieving their USD 2 Billion medium-term goal. This strategic move is expected to solidify LTTS's role as a major technology partner worldwide.
