According to a release, the partnership will adopt a joint go-to-market strategy, leveraging Proximus' international affiliates' products, including Route Mobile's CPaaS and Telesign's Digital Identity solutions.

The collaboration aims to drive significant advances in omnichannel customer engagement and AI-driven digital assistants for their clientele. Additionally, it seeks to improve digital security with solutions for digital identity and fraud protection, enhancing trusted communication online.
