In an exciting development for regional football, India has been drawn alongside Nepal and Sri Lanka in Group B of the SAFF U19 Championship 2025. The announcement came during a draw conducted in Kathmandu on Tuesday.
The Golden Jubilee Stadium in Yupia, Arunachal Pradesh, will serve as the venue for the championship from May 9 to May 18, 2025. The location is no stranger to significant tournaments, having hosted the Santosh Trophy final round last year.
The SAFF U19 Championship is split into two groups, with Maldives, Bhutan, and Bangladesh comprising Group A. Matches will see the top two teams from each group advance to the semi-finals on May 16, culminating in a final on May 18.
