In the second leg of the Khelo India Winter Games at Kangdoori slopes, athletes from Maharashtra and Himachal Pradesh displayed remarkable skill and determination. Amid continuous snowfall, noteworthy performances from Siddharth Gadekar and Tenzin Dolma captivated audiences on Day 2. Defending champions, the Indian Army, showcased their continued prowess clinching four medals.

Despite tough conditions, 40-year-old skier Tenzin Dolma from Manali secured her first medal, clocking an impressive time, while Maharashtra's Gadekar, having only recently begun training, grabbed a gold and a silver. The Union Territory of Ladakh maintained their second-place in the medal tally despite not securing any medals on this day.

The Indo-Tibetan Border Police dominated the Nordic skiing segment. In a clean sweep, they captured all podium positions in the women's 10km event, led by Kusum Rana. Meanwhile, J&K's Zubair Ahmed Lone triumphed in the snowboarding event. The competitions continue with Day 3 promising more thrilling performances.
