The Women's Tennis Association (WTA) has announced that the suspension of Stefano Vukov, former coach of tennis ace Elena Rybakina, remains in place following an investigation.

Vukov had been placed under provisional suspension for a potential breach of conduct. Despite his denial of any wrongdoing, the WTA decided to continue the suspension's enforcement.

Rybakina, who won Wimbledon in 2022, has criticized the suspension, stating her belief in Vukov's professional conduct. Nevertheless, her coaching situation remains precarious, having recently parted ways with Goran Ivanisevic.
