The 2025 edition of the Hero Indian Open, integral to the DP World Tour, is confirmed to run from March 27 to 30. The event, boasting a prize of USD 2.25 million, mirrors the prize fund disbursed this year, as announced by the Indian Golf Union.
The Indian Open is a flagship event of the Indian Golf Union since its inception in 1964, and Hero MotoCorp has remained loyal as the title sponsor since 2005, as stated by an official IGU announcement on Tuesday.
SK Sharma, chairman of the tournament organizing committee, expressed satisfaction over Hero MotoCorp's sustained sponsorship for the 17th consecutive edition. Highlighting the tournament's growth, Sharma affirmed it will again conclude the Asian Swing on the DP World Tour, attracting world-class professional golfers from Europe and beyond, along with leading Indian players.
