The Telugu Titans closed the Hyderabad leg of the tournament with a thrilling 34-33 victory over Puneri Paltan, witnessed at the GMCB Indoor Stadium on Saturday. This win marks their fourth consecutive triumph in season 11, with captain Pawan Sehrawat scoring 12 points and teammate Vijay Malik contributing 13 points, catapulting the home team to the second position on the points table.

The match was lively, with raiders dominating the early proceedings. Puneri Paltan's Pankaj Mohite achieved the first Super Raid, followed by Mohit Goyat's impressive Super Tackle, giving the champions an early advantage. However, Telugu Titans demonstrated resilience; Pawan Sehrawat's continuous raiding prowess ensured they remained competitive. With just four minutes left in the second half, Sehrawat's sixth Super 10 helped the Titans grab the lead, leveling the score at 20-20 by halftime.

In the second half, both teams fought hard to seize the advantage. Puneri Paltan's Pankaj Mohite continued to be a key aggressor, assisted by raider Mohit Goyat and defender Abinesh Nadarajan. Yet, it was Pawan Sehrawat's outstanding plays that kept the Telugu Titans in contention. With crucial moments approaching, the Titans faced an all-out with just over two minutes remaining. Nonetheless, Vijay Malik's Super 10 performance and Ajit Pawar's decisive tackle against Ajith Kumar secured a narrow one-point victory for the home side.
