The sixth day of the Hockey India Senior Men National Championship saw several teams clinching comprehensive victories. Punjab led the charge in Pool A with an 8-0 win over Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu Hockey, thanks to outstanding contributions from Gurjinder Singh and Sudarshan Singh.
In Pool B, Haryana showcased their superiority by defeating Telangana Hockey 5-1, with a standout brace from Joginder Singh. Meanwhile, Uttar Pradesh delivered an impressive 11-1 blow to Hockey Jammu & Kashmir in Pool F, led by captain Lalit Kumar Upadhyay's hat-trick.
Delhi's Pool F encounter witnessed a decisive 6-1 win over Kerala Hockey, marked by Nitesh's hat-trick. Elsewhere, Assam Hockey and Manipur Hockey capitalized on their opportunities to register strong wins against Bihar and Bengal, respectively.
