Prithvi Shaw and Shreyas Iyer have been named among Mumbai's 28 probables for the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy, slated for November 23 to December 15. This inclusion marks Shaw's return after falling out of favor due to fitness and disciplinary concerns.
The Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy, India's premier domestic T20 competition, will divide the Ranji Trophy into two halves alongside the Vijay Hazare Trophy. The league matches are scheduled from November 23 to December 5, with the knockout rounds running from December 9 to 15.
Shaw, 25, was seen undergoing fitness drills at the Sharad Pawar Cricket Academy after missing Mumbai's training sessions. The squad also features in-form Shreyas Iyer, Siddhesh Lad, and Shams Mulani, the latter bouncing back with impressive performances against Odisha.
