India's off-spinner Deepti Sharma has reached new heights in her cricket career, climbing to the second spot in the latest ICC Women's ODI rankings for bowlers. This advancement comes as a reward for her recent stellar performances.

The spinner was instrumental during India's matches against New Zealand in their ongoing home series. Having taken three wickets in two matches with an economy rate of 3.42, Deepti has been pivotal in bolstering India's lineup.
