Indian Women's Cricket Team Prepares for ODI World Cup with Home Series

The Indian Women's cricket team is set to commence their preparations for the upcoming ODI World Cup as they host the West Indies and Ireland in mid-December, the BCCI revealed on Wednesday. This ambitious schedule anticipates six matches in total per team.
In addition to three T20Is against the Caribbean team at Navi Mumbai's DY Patil Stadium, scheduled for December 15, 17, and 19, three ODIs will be played against the West Indies in Vadodara on December 22, 24, and 27.
Under the leadership of Harmanpreet Kaur, the Indian team will face Ireland in three ODIs at Rajkot's Niranjan Shah Stadium on January 10, 12, and 15. Both series are crucial components of the ICC Women's Championship, serving as a qualifying platform for next year's ODI World Cup in India.
