The Maharashtra Cricket Association (MCA) has rectified the water shortage experienced by fans on the opening day of the India-New Zealand Test series at MCA Stadium. The move follows anger among fans, prompting swift corrective action by the host association.
On the second day, MCA arranged for approximately one lakh liters of RO water in 20-liter cans to be distributed across the venue, ensuring spectators are adequately catered to amid hot weather conditions. MCA CEO Ajinkya Joshi and secretary Kamlesh Pisal assured that the situation was under control, preparing additional reserves to meet potential further demand.
