Gwalior is abuzz with excitement as it prepares to host the first T20 match between India and Bangladesh. Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia has expressed pride in the city's newly inaugurated sports facility. The Shrimant Madhav Rao Scindia International Cricket Stadium, boasting a capacity of 30,000, stands ready to welcome both fans and players. The match promises to deliver high-octane cricket action.

The stadium will serve as the venue for the opening match of the three-match T20I series between the two cricketing nations. This follows the conclusion of the Test series, marking a significant event for cricket enthusiasts in Gwalior and beyond.

India's squad will be led by right-hand batter Suryakumar Yadav. The team comprises a mix of experienced players and emerging talent, including wicketkeeper-batters Sanju Samson and Jitesh Sharma, as well as all-rounders Hardik Pandya, Washington Sundar, and Shivam Dube.
