Bangladesh faces a unique challenge as they shift from the Kookaburra ball, used in their home internationals and the Pakistan series, to the SG ball, which India prefers. The SG ball differs significantly due to its prominent seam, posing different difficulties for the players.

Litton Das, in a statement to ESPNcricinfo, highlighted the increased difficulty of playing with the SG ball, especially as it ages.
