The iconic Lord's stadium in London will be the battleground for the ICC World Test Championship final beginning on June 11, 2025. The final, which will be played from June 11 to 15 with June 16 as a reserve day, was confirmed in a statement by the International Cricket Council (ICC).

Notably, this will be the first occasion in which Lord's will host the World Test Championship final. Southhampton and The Oval were the venues for the first two editions in 2021 and 2023, respectively, clinched by New Zealand and Australia. The upcoming match will feature the top two teams from the current cycle, with India currently leading the standings.

There are ample opportunities for points for several teams, including New Zealand, England, Sri Lanka, South Africa, and Bangladesh, who are all chasing a place in the final. ICC CEO Geoff Allardice anticipates high demand for tickets, urging fans to register early for the chance to witness what he dubbed the 'Ultimate Test.'
