Galatasaray Signs Senegal International Ismail Jakobs on Loan

Galatasaray has signed Ismail Jakobs, a Senegal international, on a one-season loan from AS Monaco. Jakobs, a dual citizen of Senegal and Germany, will earn 2.1 million euros.
