Indian discus thrower Yogesh Kathuniya's recent silver medal win at the Paralympics leaves him feeling more frustrated than elated. The athlete from Haryana produced a season-best effort of 42.22m, landing him in second place yet again at the F-56 discus podium at the Paris Olympics.

Kathuniya, 27, expressed his dissatisfaction, pledging to work harder for a gold medal in future events. He has been consistently finishing second in major competitions, including the Tokyo Paralympics, World Championships, and Asian Para Games since 2021.

Despite his personal struggles with Guillain-Barre syndrome, Kathuniya remains determined to overcome the pattern of silver finishes, aiming to better his performance and change the color of his medal in the next major tournament.
