Top Indian wrestler Vinesh Phogat has revealed that the Delhi police have withdrawn security for women wrestlers poised to testify against former Wrestling Federation of India (WFI) chief Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh in a sexual exploitation case.

Phogat, along with other wrestlers including her cousin Sangeeta Phogat, accused Singh, a prominent BJP leader, of sexual exploitation, leading to an FIR and a subsequent chargesheet. The hearing is scheduled for Friday.

Phogat criticized the Delhi police action by tweeting, tagging Delhi Police, and the National Commissions of Women in her post. Notably, Phogat was disqualified from the Paris Olympic final for being overweight.
