Australian all-rounder Cameron Green has declared himself in prime condition to prove his value as both a bowler and a batsman in the forthcoming Border-Gavaskar Trophy against India. Green is prepared for an intensified bowling workload, complementing Mitchell Marsh to support the mainstay trio of Pat Cummins, Mitchell Starc, and Josh Hazlewood.

The much-anticipated Border-Gavaskar Trophy will commence with a day match at Perth Stadium from November 22 to November 26. India, having won their last two series in Australia, will look to challenge an Australian side that maintained a consistent bowling attack through its recent Test matches. Green, who provided an additional pace option during the West Indies series, is eager to take on more significant responsibilities.

Speaking to cricket.com.au, Green expressed his contentment with his current form and readiness to play dual roles. The all-rounder is also targeting a more regular spot in Australia's white-ball setup while balancing commitments in red-ball cricket. The series will feature matches across various iconic venues, culminating in the final Test at the Sydney Cricket Ground from January 3 to 7.
