Maurya emphasized the transformative development of Varanasi, Prime Minister Narendra Modi's parliamentary constituency, where projects worth Rs 40,000 crore have been completed and Rs 15,000 crore worth are underway.

From infrastructure to tourism, Varanasi has seen significant growth, including 826.85 km of new roads and various educational institutes, contributing to a nearly doubled GDP since 2017. The efforts of PM Modi and CM Yogi Adityanath have been credited for lifting millions out of poverty and reducing unemployment significantly.
