The New Delhi Municipal Corporation (NDMC) has taken decisive action to combat escalating air pollution by doubling parking fees in the prestigious Lutyens' Delhi area.
This increase, driven by environmental conditions, applies to off-road and indoor parking under NDMC's management until the lifting of Stage II of the GRAP.
Notably, this fee hike does not affect on-street parking or monthly pass holders, although MCD has not yet implemented similar measures.
