With wind speeds anticipated to accelerate up to 120 km/h, officials have strongly advised fishermen from Odisha and West Bengal against sea ventures from October 23 to 26, citing rough sea conditions. The weather system is projected to develop into a depression by October 22 and evolve into a cyclonic storm by October 24.
