Century Real Estate has announced the successful pre-launch sales of INR 450 crores for its luxurious project, Codename Built Rare, in Indiranagar, Bengaluru. Spread across 8.5 acres, the development will feature 347 upscale residences and is projected to generate INR 2200 crores in total revenue. Century Real Estate, a veteran in Bengaluru's real estate market with over 50 years of experience, has reported a remarkable INR 450 crores in pre-launch sales for its new high-end project, Codename Built Rare in Indiranagar.

Located adjacent to the Karnataka Golf Association, this 8.5-acre project features 347 luxurious residences and is projected to yield a total revenue of INR 2200 crores across its two phases. Residents will have access to more than 40 amenities spread over 64,000 sq. ft., including a rooftop pool, Sky Café, and exclusive cabanas offering views of the 125-acre golf course.
