In a bid to address public queries regarding housing schemes, Delhi Lieutenant Governor Vinai Kumar Saxena has instructed the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) to keep its call centre operational on Sunday and Monday, according to an official statement.

The DDA's Sasta Ghar and Madhyam Vargiya schemes, which began bookings on Tuesday, have seen tremendous success with over 1,400 flats sold within just three days. Locations like Jasola have sold out entirely, while demand remains high in Narela, Rohini, Ramgarh, and Siraspur.

As part of its commitment, the DDA has ensured all buyers receive demand letters within 24 hours. Prospective buyers can visit the DDA's website to book the remaining flats. The last date for earnest money deposit for the Dwarka Housing Scheme is September 17. The DDA call centre typically operates Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 6 pm, and is closed on Sundays and gazetted holidays.
