At the opening bell, the Dow Jones Industrial Average rose by 209.7 points, or 0.52%, reaching 40555.11. Similarly, the S&P 500 saw an increase of 33.6 points, or 0.62%, opening at 5442.07. The Nasdaq Composite also reflected this upward trend, climbing 144.8 points, or 0.87%, to open at 16835.674.
