The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has established a registration help desk at its head office for its Housing Scheme 2024, aiming to provide seamless customer service, the agency announced Tuesday.

Delhi Lieutenant Governor V K Saxena directed the initiative, ensuring trained executives are available to facilitate registration and address queries about the scheme's eligibility, locations, and amenities. Saxena, also DDA Chairman, emphasized customer-friendly execution.

The help desk will operate at DDA's Vikas Sadan head office on all working days from 10 am to 6 pm, potentially expanding to other locations to increase accessibility. The scheme features flats at various locations, including Narela and Dwarka.
