Tragic House Collapse in Nai Basti Claims Young Life

A house collapse in Nai Basti late Sunday night resulted in the death of a three-year-old girl and injured four other family members. The family was trapped under the debris and later rescued by police. The injured were taken to hospital, and the child's body was sent for post-mortem.

In a tragic incident in the Nai Basti area, a three-year-old girl lost her life after a house collapsed late Sunday night, according to police reports.

The collapse happened around 2 am while Zafar, the owner of the house, along with his wife and three children were sleeping. Superintendent of Police City Arvind Kumar stated that the family was trapped under the debris.

Police responded promptly, rescuing the family, but the young girl was found deceased. The injured family members were rushed to a hospital, and the child's body was sent for post-mortem examination, Kumar added.
