Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M K Stalin on Monday laid the foundation for various developmental projects in north Chennai. These projects are estimated to cost Rs 115.58 crore and aim to boost the region's infrastructure.
The CM also inaugurated several completed initiatives worth Rs 5.22 crore. Among these are an international-standard ornamental fish complex, a community hall, and a footpath around Puzhal lake, as confirmed by an official release.
These initiatives form part of the government's broader effort to bring development to northern Chennai, targeting areas such as Villivakkam and Purasaiwakkam. Additionally, Stalin inaugurated new government buildings and fair price shops in Kolathur and Ayanavaram.
