The Greater Noida Authority has announced a new scheme for the allocation of five builder plots, expecting a minimum revenue of Rs 500 crore and the construction of 8,000 new flats. Allocation will be conducted via e-auction, with online registration opening from Tuesday, according to an official statement.

If these plots are sold at the reserve price, the authority anticipates generating around Rs 500 crore. E-auction allocation may lead to the construction of approximately 8,000 new flats, the authority said.

N G Ravi Kumar, CEO of Greater Noida Authority, stated, 'Greater Noida has the highest greenery in the NCR and offers superior infrastructure and connectivity compared to other cities, making it an ideal residential choice.' The Builder Department of the Greater Noida Authority has introduced this scheme to allocate 99,000 square metres of land.

Located in Omicron 1, Mu, Sigma 3, Alpha 2, and Pi 1 and 2, the plot sizes range from 3,999 square meters to 30,470 square meters. Brochures for the scheme can be downloaded from the Greater Noida Authority's website, and applications submitted online via the SBI portal.

The registration deadline is July 23, with fees due by July 26. Document submission must be completed by July 29, and possession of the plots will be granted immediately after allocation, the statement added.
