Tropical Storm Pilar's intense rainfall led to two fatalities in El Salvador, according to authorities, as the National Hurricane Center warned on Tuesday the storm could continue causing flash flooding in parts of Central America Fermin Perez, the assistant director of El Salvador’s civil defense office, confirmed that the bodies of a 24-year-old man and a 57-year-old woman from the province of La Union had been found.
