Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath took a firm stance against Congress on Monday, accusing them of intending to provide subsidized gas cylinders to infiltrators in Jharkhand, a plan the BJP firmly opposes.
Speaking at an election rally in Bokaro, Adityanath reiterated the cautionary slogan 'batenge to katenge' (if divided we will be wiped out) and urged voters to learn from historical events, such as the creation of Pakistan and the ongoing challenges in Ayodhya and Bangladesh.
He criticized the Congress's promise, allegedly made by Ghulam Ahmad Mir, to provide gas cylinders at Rs 450 to all, including infiltrators, should they win power. Adityanath further accused the JMM-led coalition of allowing 'love jihad' and 'land jihad' to threaten Jharkhand's resources and safety.
