Maharashtra's Chief Minister Eknath Shinde has issued a directive urging Shiv Sena workers to exercise caution in their language, particularly towards women, in the lead-up to the state assembly elections.
In a letter, Shinde acknowledged the tendency of party workers to mirror aggressive remarks from opponents but stressed the need for dignity over uncouthness.
