Acknowledging the deep-rooted problem, Shukla emphasized that tackling this menace will not yield quick results, as reversing the damage demands patience and persistence.
Governor Shukla called for a concerted effort from all societal sectors, highlighting the importance of unity in combating the drug crisis. He pointed to the roles of panchayats, educational institutions, and the media. He expressed optimism about society's awakening toward building community awareness, emphasizing that the collective efforts would gradually lead to meaningful change.
