Mohan Bhagwat, the chief of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), warned of a potential global conflict amid the ongoing Russia-Ukraine and Israel-Hamas wars. Speaking in Madhya Pradesh, he expressed concern over the increasingly palpable shadow of a third world war.
While scientific advancements have surged, Bhagwat lamented that their benefits remain inaccessible to the world's impoverished. Meanwhile, weapons capable of mass destruction have reached far-flung areas. He highlighted a disparity, noting that while essential medicines are scarce in rural areas, firearms are not.
Raising environmental alarms, Bhagwat underscored the importance of serving humanity, positing it as a central tenet of Sanatan Dharma. He asserted that Hindutva, synonymous with Hinduism, has the potential to lead the world, attributing the term's introduction in discourse to Guru Nanak Dev.
