In a recent rally in Bokaro, Prime Minister Narendra Modi intensified his party's commitment to clamping down on alleged corruption in Jharkhand. He declared that if the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) comes to power, it will decisively tackle the 'paper-leak mafias' and 'recruitment mafias' reportedly established by the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) and Congress, ensuring those responsible would face justice. Highlighting the BJP's track record in Haryana, Modi promised a similar transformation in Jharkhand by providing job opportunities to the youth without bribery and favoritism.
Modi underscored the BJP's dedication to clean governance, citing how, in Haryana, job-seekers no longer needed to pay bribes or secure letters from party leaders to gain employment. This system, Modi assured, would be implemented in Jharkhand, pledging strict actions against those undermining young people's futures. His administration aims to utilize Jharkhand's resources for its residents' benefit, investing heavily in infrastructure and community support.
The Prime Minister also highlighted various developmental projects, including the renovation of over 50 railway stations and the establishment of new airports, aimed at improving public transport and stimulating economic growth. Furthermore, Modi stressed the urgency of a BJP-led government to combat infiltration and unify Dalit communities, accusing the Congress and JMM of divisive politics. With assembly elections approaching, his remarks set a clear party agenda focused on anti-corruption, development, and social unity.
