At the Merchant Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Xu emphasized that the leaders dispelled misunderstandings, paving the way for Indo-China relations to progress. The meeting's significance lies in its potential to restore steadiness between the two nations.

Regarding Indo-China border disengagement in Eastern Ladakh, Xu expressed optimism, hoping that consensus will lead to unhindered progress in bilateral relations. The resumption of direct flights is also seen as a step towards smoother cooperation, transcending political and business domains.
