In anticipation of the Diwali festivities at Ayodhya's Ram Mandir, Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak expressed his enthusiasm on Wednesday, stating that the world will bear witness to this extraordinary event. He extended heartfelt wishes to the people of Uttar Pradesh, anticipating a dazzling celebration as Lord Ram Lalla has been consecrated in his rightful place. The event promises to set a world record with over 25 lakh diyas illuminating the city.

Earlier, Uttar Pradesh Minister Jaiveer Singh remarked on the historic nature of this 'Deepotsav,' noting that it is the first celebration following the 'Pran Pratishtha' of the Ram Mandir. Every effort has been made to enhance the program's splendor and spirituality, with new record-breaking elements planned. Culture Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat will also participate in the day's events.

Highlighting the festival's appeal, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath extended an invitation to all to partake in this grand event. He noted that artists from various countries would participate, and an unprecedented 28 lakh diyas would be lit, surpassing previous records. Further record attempts include an aarti on Saryu Ghat, where over 1,100 participants will perform together. The celebration aims to secure a place in the Guinness Book of World Records and highlight Ayodhya's cultural and spiritual legacy. Deepotsav, a five-day festival, marks Lord Rama's return to Ayodhya, drawing millions of devotees and tourists.
