The Aam Aadmi Party stepped up its 'Padyatra' campaign across various Delhi Assembly constituencies, calling for Arvind Kejriwal's return in the 2025 elections. Former deputy chief minister Manish Sisodia addressed voters at Krishna Nagar, highlighting the BJP's governance failures, including clogged drains, costly electricity, and deteriorating schools. He alleged that Kejriwal's arrest was a BJP attempt to stall his work for the public.

Both Kejriwal and Sisodia have been released after months in Tihar jail due to an excise policy case. Sisodia asserted that Arvind Kejriwal's government would return for another five years. Party MP Sanjay Singh claimed the BJP would end the free services provided by the AAP government if elected, noting Kejriwal's contribution to free electricity, water, education, healthcare, and other services.

Saurabh Bharadwaj accused the BJP of reducing employment for Delhi's youth by ending contracts for bus marshals and healthcare staff. Kejriwal, facing corruption charges, has vowed to return to power with public support. Yet, Delhi BJP spokesperson Praveen Shankar Kapoor suggested the campaign is not resonating with voters, as key AAP figures notably avoided residential discussions about infrastructure issues.
