Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu has mandated the state Rajya Chayan Ayog to publish results for six delayed post codes, including significant job roles such as 295 posts for Post Code 939 (JOA IT), before Diwali. This move underscores the government's pledge to ensure fair employment practices.

During discussions with Ayog officials, CM Sukhu highlighted the state's dedication to merit-based hiring in public services. Describing the results as a Diwali gift, he affirmed the government's commitment to providing job opportunities for the youth. The Cabinet Sub-Committee has reportedly authorized announcements for 21 postcodes so far, with several results already released.

The Chief Minister emphasized ongoing government efforts aimed at employee welfare, citing the reinstatement of the Old Pension Scheme for 1.36 lakh employees and a 4% increase in the dearness allowance. These measures, including disbursing salaries and pensions before Diwali, reflect Sukhu's consistent focus on public sector support.
