BJP MP Hema Malini, on Wednesday, joined Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini's roadshow in Ladwa, the electoral seat from Kurukshetra district where he is contesting the Assembly polls.

The actor-politician, representing Mathura, greeted voters from an open vehicle, flanked by Saini and his wife, Suman Saini.

The BJP aims for a third consecutive term in the state, with Saini expressing confidence in securing a 'big' mandate. Attacking the Congress, Saini accused the party of 'politics of lies and loot', predicting their defeat in the October 5 elections.

Saini asserted that once in power, the BJP would bring rapid development to Haryana. Hema Malini appealed to voters to support the BJP, symbolized by the lotus, to fortify Chief Minister Saini's leadership.
