Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath issued a stern warning on Friday to Pakistan-backed terrorists, asserting that any attempt to incite violence in India would lead to their elimination.

"I want to say that if Pakistan-backed terrorists try to incite terrorism anywhere, they will face their worst elimination. This is a new India, which will not tolerate terrorism but will crush it and bury it," Adityanath declared during a public rally in Ramnagar area of Udhampur district.

He emphasized India's zero tolerance policy toward terrorism and warned that those trying to spread terror in Jammu and Kashmir would find no place to hide. Citing the construction of the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya as an example of successful governance, the chief minister also lauded the decision to abrogate Article 370, crediting it with bringing peace and prosperity to Jammu and Kashmir.

Adityanath criticized opposition parties like the Congress, National Conference, and PDP for exploiting Jammu and Kashmir for political gains and promoting terrorism. He refuted earlier claims that abrogating Article 370 would lead to violence, stating, "The opposite happened. Peace came to Jammu and Kashmir, development and progress took place, and people are happy, making it one of the best states."

He concluded by asserting that the days of corruption, terrorism, separatism, and dynasty rule are over, and after the forthcoming elections, the exit of these elements will be confirmed.
