Bhupinder Singh Hooda, a prominent Congress leader, confidently declared that the BJP government in Haryana is nearing its end. Addressing a rally in Sirsa district, Hooda urged criminals and drug smugglers to exit the state before the assembly election results on October 8.

Expressing his concerns over increasing drug-related deaths in Haryana compared to Punjab, Hooda asserted that a Congress-led government would tackle this issue and improve the law-and-order situation. He also accused the BJP of forming covert alliances with parties like the INLD, HLP, and JJP to dilute Congress votes.

Should Congress come to power, Hooda promised extensive reforms including fair recruitments, enhanced pensions, free electricity, subsidized LPG cylinders, and better support for farmers and backward classes. The Haryana Assembly elections will be held on October 5 with results announced on October 8.
