US President Joe Biden on Saturday welcomed leaders of the QUAD countries, including India's Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Australia's Prime Minister Anthony Albanese, and Japan's Prime Minister Fumio Kishida, at the QUAD Leadership Summit held at Archmere Academy in Wilmington.
The summit's opening ceremony featured a red carpet welcome, symbolic flags, and cordial handshakes among the leaders. Biden reiterated the significance of the QUAD, stating it would endure long past the upcoming US presidential elections in November.
