President Volodymyr Zelenskiy declared on Friday that he intends to present a 'victory plan' to U.S. President Joe Biden later this month. The plan aims to achieve a reliable peace in Ukraine, which has been embroiled in a more than two-and-a-half-year-old full-scale war with Russia.

'It can pave the way for a reliable peace – for the full implementation of the peace formula,' Zelenskiy stated during a conference organized by the Viktor Pinchuk Foundation charity.

The announcement underscores Zelenskiy's ongoing efforts to seek international support to end the conflict that has devastated Ukraine.
