Anand remarked on the fortunate opportunity, saying neither he nor his family expected a ticket. He was accompanied by Union Minister Manohar Lal Khattar during the filing.
The BJP released its third candidate list for the Haryana Assembly elections, with prominent leaders expected to campaign. The elections will take place on October 5, with vote counting on October 8.
