Union minister Kiren Rijiju has condemned Congress leader Rahul Gandhi's recent remarks in the US, calling them 'immature.' Rijiju accused Gandhi of frequently badmouthing India and its political institutions while abroad.
Gandhi, during a four-day visit to the US, criticized the BJP and RSS for their views on women and underscored the importance of manufacturing for tackling unemployment. He asserted that love and humility are missing in Indian politics.
Rijiju accused Gandhi's ecosystem of consistently trying to undermine Indian institutions and the country's image globally. Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge defended Gandhi, stating that he never insulted India.
