Maratha quota activist Manoj Jarange on Tuesday called Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis a 'Maratha hater,' claiming that nothing in the state government happens without Fadnavis's consent and he does what he deems fit.

Jarange warned that if the Maratha community does not receive reservation, the Mahayuti alliance will not remain in power. He criticized the government for introducing schemes like the 'Ladki Bahin Yojana' while failing to provide the Maratha community with quotas and fair prices for agricultural produce.

He also noted that Fadnavis's upcoming scheme, 'Anandacha Shidha,' would distribute substandard material, further diminishing trust in his leadership. Jarange alleged that Fadnavis is responsible for creating rifts among the Marathas and accused him of poisoning community relations with support from NCP minister Chhagan Bhujbal.
