In a shocking turn of events, LDF legislator P.V. Anwar launched a scathing attack on Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan's political secretary P. Sasi and senior IPS officer M.R. Ajith Kumar. The accusations include breach of trust and involvement in illegal activities.
Anwar, a businessman-turned MLA, alleged that Ajith Kumar, the Additional Director General of Police (Law and Order), was involved in serious criminal activities, including phone tapping and links with gold smuggling rackets. The legislator also criticized Sasi for failing to deliver responsibilities honestly.
The opposition parties, including Congress and BJP, have demanded the immediate resignation of CM Vijayan and a thorough investigation into the allegations.
