On Wednesday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived in Poland, marking the first trip by an Indian Prime Minister to the country in 45 years. The visit, part of a two-nation tour, also includes a significant visit to Ukraine.

While in Poland, Modi will meet President Andrzej Duda and Prime Minister Donald Tusk to discuss bilateral relations. Speaking on the occasion, Modi emphasized the importance of the 70-year-old diplomatic relationship between India and Poland.

From Poland, Modi will head to Kyiv, marking the first visit by an Indian Prime Minister since Ukraine's independence in 1991. There, he will engage with President Volodymyr Zelenskyy to explore peaceful resolutions to the ongoing Ukraine conflict.
