Apni Party Unveils Comprehensive Assembly Election Manifesto

The Apni Party has released its manifesto for the upcoming assembly elections, pledging to secure constitutional guarantees for Jammu and Kashmir's cultural identity, restore statehood, provide job and land protections, facilitate the dignified return of Kashmiri Pandits, and offer various social benefits, including free electricity and LPG refills.

The Apni Party unveiled its assembly election manifesto on Wednesday, promising to advocate for constitutional guarantees to preserve the culture and special identity of Jammu and Kashmir, akin to Article 371 in some northeastern states.

General Secretary Rafi Mir and other senior leaders disclosed the manifesto at a press conference. The document also emphasizes the party's commitment to restoring statehood and reinstating a bicameral legislature.

The party pledges to ensure land and job security for locals, facilitate the dignified return of Kashmiri Pandits, and secure the early release of detainees not involved in heinous crimes. Additional promises include 500 units of free electricity per month per household and four LPG refills annually for BPL families.
